MDC Recovery Service is dedicated to providing the very best premium collection service the industry has to offer. Our combined years of premium collection experience allows us to make that claim. We do not believe in a lot of fluff. Pictures of collectors on the phone and pretty graphs do not collect your funds. Persistence, knowledge & dedication are the true tools to accomplish that goal. Fees
Our collection fees are based strictly on a contingency basis. If no funds are collected, there are no fees charged. No other costs or fees would apply.
Our Services
Our recovery services can proceed with either written notification, or immediate personal contact. In either event, our collection expertise leads to quicker recovery and resolution. We have the ability to identify and resolve disputes upon first contact with the insured.
If an account is disputed, we will obtain the necessary documentation to determine if the dispute is indeed valid. Upon receipt of this documentation, we will forward it along to you for proper review and/or adjustment of the balance.
Should the balance be adjusted, we will take credit, but never a fee.
