COMMISSION SCHEDULE
Commission’s are contingent upon collection
Domestic Claims:
All Balances 35%
The above commission structure does not pertain to accounts referred for legal action. Commissions on accounts forwarded to an attorney prior to litigation will vary. However, legal action will not commence nor will costs be incurred without prior client authorization.
Foreign Claims:
40% fee on all balances.
Accounts sent to foreign attorneys will carry a 10% fee over and above the attorney’s fees and expenses.
Merchandise Returns:
Fee structure is charged on authorized returns based on a predetermined reduced rate.
Discovery Fee:
If a balance is found to be paid as a result of our collection efforts prior to placement,
one-half the normal fee will apply.
National Rate Service & Custom Recovery Service Program:
The above rates may be negotiable based on volume of business, age of receivables and special needs programs.
